By purchasing, downloading, or using products from ARC4Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. License & Permitted Use
Unless otherwise stated for a specific product, your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use ARC4Studio digital products for personal or commercial creative work.You may customize templates and use them to create finished graphics, printed products, and digital media for yourself, your team, organization, or clients.
You may charge your clients for the finished products or design services you create using ARC4Studio products.
The license applies to the individual purchaser and does not transfer ownership of the original ARC4Studio product or its copyright.
2. What You May Not Do
ARC4Studio templates, graphics, design elements, and source files may not be resold, redistributed, shared, traded, sublicensed, or made available to another person or organization in their original or modified digital form.You may not:
- Resell or redistribute an ARC4Studio template or source file.
- Share purchased files with other photographers, designers, teams, businesses, or third parties.
- Include ARC4Studio source files or editable elements in another template, collection, download, or digital product for resale or distribution.
- Claim ARC4Studio designs or source files as your own original work.
- Make ARC4Studio files publicly accessible through shared drives, websites, file-sharing services, or other distribution methods.
3. Copyright & Ownership
ARC4Studio products and original design elements remain the intellectual property of ARC4Studio.com and are protected by applicable copyright laws.Purchasing a product gives you a license to use it under these terms. It does not transfer copyright or ownership of the original design, template, or source files.
4. Product Customization
ARC4Studio templates are designed to be customized. You may change colors, text, photographs, team information, layout elements, and other editable components as needed to create your finished work.Customizing an ARC4Studio product does not create a new right to resell, redistribute, or share the original or modified template as a digital design resource.
5. Images, Fonts & Third-Party Assets
Athlete photographs, team logos, and other images shown in ARC4Studio product samples are for demonstration purposes only unless a product description specifically states otherwise.Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate rights or permissions for photographs, logos, trademarks, fonts, and other content they add to their finished projects.
6. Digital Products & Compatibility
ARC4Studio products are delivered digitally. No physical product is shipped unless explicitly stated otherwise.Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, file formats, software requirements, dimensions, and compatibility information before purchasing.
Some products may require software such as Adobe Photoshop or access to third-party platforms such as Canva. ARC4Studio is not responsible for changes made by third-party software or services that may affect product compatibility or functionality.
7. Subscriptions & Store Credits
Subscription products are subject to the features, billing period, access terms, and benefits described on the applicable subscription page at the time of purchase.Unlimited Access applies only while the subscription is active and to products eligible for subscription access.
Store credits or Gift Certificates provided through a Credits Subscription must be redeemed and used according to the applicable store and subscription terms.
Subscriptions may be cancelled before the next renewal date to prevent future renewal charges.
8. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the digital nature of ARC4Studio products and the immediate access provided after purchase, digital product purchases are generally non-refundable once the files or access have been provided, except where required by applicable law.Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed, except where required by applicable law.
If you experience a technical issue with a product or believe you purchased an incorrect or incompatible item, please contact ARC4Studio. I will make reasonable efforts to help resolve the issue.
9. Prohibited Content & Use
ARC4Studio products may not be used in connection with unlawful content or in a manner that infringes the rights of others.You are responsible for the content you create using ARC4Studio products and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
10. Changes to Products & Services
ARC4Studio may update, modify, replace, or discontinue products, services, membership benefits, pricing, or store features when necessary.Changes to subscription benefits or billing terms will apply according to the terms communicated for the applicable plan and any requirements under applicable law.
